The Apartments “Mia” are located in the residential area Medvinjak, which is 1,5 km away from the Korčula Old Town, or 20 minutes walk along the sea. The house is in close proximity to the beach, 150 meters away and it has a sea view.There are two apartments on the first floor, each of which has a size of 40 m², a 12 m² big terrace, and a grill in the garden. These apartments are family friendly and we offer a discount for children. On the second floor, there are three apartments. They all have a bathroom with shower/WC, kitchen, SAT-TV and air-conditioning. One apartment is a two bedroom apartment; other two apartments are studios (for two persons). All apartments have balconies and the grills can be used.

The surrounding area

Korčula has 5000 inhabitants, a rich flora, spectacular surroundings and architecture. The medieval city walls encompass the Old Town where Marco Polo’s house, the cathedral, churches and small chapels dating from 12th and 13rd Century are located, as well as art galleries, souvenir shops and numerous restaurants with exquisite gastronomic specialties. Outside of the town Korčula there are authentic rural households with a distinguished offering of food and drinks, as well as many colorful small hamlets where excellent wines are grown. Korčula is rich with folklore, music and it is known for its famous game “Moreška”. The town is connected by the regular ferry line to the peninsula Pelješac, the towns Split, Rijeka, Dubrovnik. The ferries also got to the national par Mljet.
